Who Are We?
Bolt Industrial Engineering Services Limited was formed to supply Project and Site Management to Industry.
We specialise in quality workmanship and adopt a Continuous Improvement approach to support the demands of our clients.
Our services provide Project and Site Management across the UK for short or long term contracts. Our Site Managers are responsible for the welfare and work quality of others.They ensure works carried out are on schedule in line with time constraints.
Site Managers conduct site inductions, risk assessments and coordinate subcontractors and labour force activity along with overseeing and managing all HSE requirements onsite.
We will also work closely with senior management and liaise effectively with the client and Contracts Manager.
We continually drive the programme by communicating with all trades, supervisors and on-site operatives.
Liaising with our client to provide updates, progress meetings and highlighting potential delays before they arise.
Leading and participating in client and subcontractor meetings and demonstrating and enforcing compliance with Health and Safety legislation and our high quality and safety standards.
All Site Managers also report regularly and directly to our senior Project Managers who oversee all contracts.

We started using Bolt recently to cover our Projects.. Initially we met with Karl and went through our needs which were clearly understood and have been met every time we have made a request. All the guys came to site to have an initial safety induction and to familiarize themselves with the site. We have now used Bolt on a number of occasions and each time we have been impressed with the response along with the quality of the staff provided.
